Description

Coconut site: In the back of Songa's yard. For this one, the relevant part of the video only starts halfway through the file since it was inadvertently left on as we left the house; video needs trimming. GPS location of coconut tree: 8 69209 S, 142 04986 E. Interviewer: Goi. This is a short interview made by the Seregu subcommittee of the Nen language committee, under Nick Evans' supervision. The Seregu subcommittee comprises Goi Dibod, Mary Dibod, Zerus Kaeko; Doreen Wenembu is also a member but was absent on 20140926 and was replaced by Songa Dibod and his wife Srgo. Jimmy Nébni was also present (also joined for part of it by Daniel Gubae). The interviews are about coconut trees etc, both with each other and with other village members.
