Description

Recording site: In front of Joshua (Wenembu)'s burned / half-rebuilt house in the village. He is interviewed about when his house (and yamhouse) were burned as an act of revenge. GPS location: 8 62885 S, 142 05124 E. Interviewer: Kandr Sobae. Video recordist: Grmbo Blba. This is a short interview made by the Erbowag subcommittee of the Nen language committee, under Nick Evans' supervision. The Erbowag subcommittee comprises Minung (Qbr) Blba, Doa Teräb, Joshua (Wenembu), Grmbo Blba, and Kandr Sobae. Jimmy Nébni was also present.
