Description

All the 265 item wordlists collected during the Kemak and Welaun survey in Belu in a single tab separated file. The transcription is semi-phonemic. Segments/sounds the analysis of which is unclear (mainly reduced ante-penultimate vowels) are transcribed phonetically. The files for the individual wordlists often have extra words/sentences which are not part of the wordlist proper. None of these extra words are included in this file. Neither are the longer 630 item wordlists for Kailaku Kemak and Welaun (a.k.a. Bekais) from Oele'u. OE8-BeluWordlists-01.txt contains the original merge of the typed (semi-phonemic) wordlists more or less as they are in the original pdfs. OE8-BeluWordlists-01-corrected.txt corrects several errors, mainly the transcription of final long vowels in Diirbati and Lemia
