Description

2 page manuscript. -- Kai vocabuary. Pronoun system. It is not clear where Kai is from, as there are several languages with this name. It may be a Huon Golf coastal language, PNG, or perhaps the Kai dialect from Waropen, Irian Jaya. Kai is used as an alternate name for two lanaguages in Morobe Province: Kate (kmg) in Finshafen area of coastal Huon Gulf; and Numanggang (nop) in Markham area, inland Huon Gulf. [Language notes compiled by Steven Gagau, June 2017]
