SIDE 1: 1. Kuanua, 2. Song, 3. Motu; Side 2: Police Motu Original disc held at the National Library of Australia (MS 9275, Album 3, Box 2) --- Additional metadata provided by Steven Gagau (Kuanua speaker), June 2017: Locations: Malakuna – combined singing on the beach with other villages of Matupit and Nodup. Location in Rabaul district of Gazelle Peninsula, New Britain Content: Kuanua speech in first part; singing by Arove people of Kandrian district New Britain; and last part in Motu language – Words of appreciation about singing in groups of people who have come together to share traditional songs to visitors in a ceremony / get together. Item Title indicates Dobu speech, but my interpretation is that it is Motu; requires further confirmation.
