Description

Pidgin [English] - Contains note to Capell that tape was purchased from ANU for Sydney University Anthropology Department. Side A: Sepik Pidgin. Informant missing - Don Lacock; Mala Mali (?) Elicitations no gloss. Noun lists: may be some words used in context and repeated in phrases. Some place names towards the end. Side B: Readings continued. Yamanimbu[?] village (not found on map; may be Manambu in Middle Sepik?) Some other regions not definitively identifiable, best guesses are transcribed in the accompanying ELAN file.
