Side A & B: Meeting of various leaders on grievances from Waghi people brought to the attention of provincial authorities of Western Highlands including the Premier, local members of the national parliment, community leaders and the Police concerning the death of Raphael, a senior Education public servant based in Mt Hagen. Various speeches by various leaders were made for the Police investigations to the cause of Raphael's death in Western Highlands Province. The concerns were to get answers and to deliver his body back with closure about his death to his people of Waghi in neighboring Jiwaka Province. (Steven Gagau, July 2022)
