Description

Translation (Htoi San) Here is the story about "Hkam Hkam bird and the crow". A long time ago, Hkam Hkam bird and the crow were very close friends. They got along very well. They both wanted to be beautiful. So, one day, as they liked to be pretty, they both applied for beauty medicine. While they were trying to apply, Hkam Hkam bird said, "Friend, please do it for me first." The crow also said, "Friend, let me do it first." While they were arguing with each other, Hkam Hkam bird said, "Friend, do it for me first." So Hkam Hkam bird was applied first by the crow. The crow applied nicely for Hkam Hkam bird as the black and white colors were put on attractively. After spreading the beauty cosmetic on Hkam Hkam bird, it was put on for the crow. Even before the crow was applied, Hkam Hkam bird was so lazy. Due to its laziness, Hkam Hkam bird spread the beauty cosmetic just one time like pouring. So, while it was painting the black color, Hkam Hkam bird did not want to do it anymore, and poured out at one time. That's why the crow is black until today. Due to this happening, Hkam Hkam bird was afraid of the crow; it did not get out to look for food in the daytime but only in the nighttime.
